    10 Ton Hand Pallet Truck

    Capacity 10,000 kg | Heavy-Duty Industrial

    • Model LEHP10 — 10,000 kg Capacity: 10-tonne rated capacity — four times a standard pallet truck — for steel coils, machinery bases, stone slabs, and heavy industrial pallet loads.
    • Iron Wheels Ø80×75 mm Drive | Ø200×50 mm Steering: Heavy-duty large-diameter iron drive and steering wheels support the full 10-tonne load on industrial concrete floors without deformation.
    • Manual Hydraulic — No Battery or Electrical Maintenance: Fully manual hydraulic operation — no battery charging, electrical supply, or infrastructure required; self-contained, immediately deployable.

    Description

The Lift Easy 10 Ton Hand Pallet Truck is purpose-built for the most demanding pallet handling environments in the GCC — where standard 2,500 kg to 5,000 kg pallet trucks are dangerously underrated for the actual load weights being moved. Steel coils, granite and marble slabs, machinery bases, and densely packed industrial goods regularly exceed 5 tonnes — requiring equipment rated well above these weights to maintain the full safety margin that protects operators and floors in heavy industrial environments.

The 10,000 kg rated capacity provides a substantial safety margin for loads in the 5–8 tonne range that commonly appear in steel stockholding, stone importing, and heavy manufacturing operations across the GCC. Operating a 5-tonne pallet truck at near its rated limit every day causes accelerated wear of the hydraulic system, wheels, and frame. The 10-tonne LEHP10 operated at 5–7 tonnes is working comfortably within its design envelope — delivering longer service life and reduced maintenance costs.

The heavy-duty iron wheels — Ø80×75 mm drive and Ø200×50 mm steering — are specifically selected for extreme-duty use on the hard industrial concrete floors of steel stockholders, stone warehouses, and heavy manufacturing plants. Iron wheels provide the hardness and load-bearing capacity needed to support 10 tonnes without deforming or failing — unlike nylon or polyurethane wheels which can crack or deform under extreme loads.
